Delivery

All items are hand built to order and we endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Normal dispatch times are 3-4weeks however during periods of high demand dispatch times can increase slightly.

Dispatch times are based on business days only, saturday, sunday and bank holidays are not included.

Our smaller items are despatched via Parcelforce 24,this will take 24 hours from day of despatch.

Our large & Extra Large Items are despatched via Parcelforce 48 or Parcelforce Large Parcels depending on the weight.

Very Large Items are despatched via Tuffnells, a courier that caters for very large parcel delivery.

In each instance you will be sent the tracking numbers on despatch of your item so that you can track it.

All orders are extremely well packed to prevent any damage during transit, if however you do receive an item that is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage.

For orders outside of the United Kingdom please send us a message for a postage quote and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Refunds

As all of our products are handmade Bespoke & Custom orders we do not issue refunds as standard.

In the rare instance that you receive a damaged item or your package gets lost in the courier network, we will either send out a replacement product or issue a refund
